The story behind the picture: Canos

Thank you my friend for these 14 years of love

My idea was to do a new year card with 4 pictures of Canos during our Sunday walk. All the pictures have been taken the same day during a winter walk through the wood to the beach in the Netherlands. 4 simple shoots showing symmetry and using most of the available light. We were at proximity of Rotterdam Harbour. The orange Jacket has been an asset, I like it.

It is always difficult to do simple. In fact it is always complicated to do simple. The most important is to like what you do and feel confortable with your equipment. This shoot has been made not with my Leica but with an Alpa and a wide angle lens.
